How do you get the parental control off of an Xbox360 to see and download all content?

OK, so i’m not 18 yet and i put in my real bday but I play M games all the time. I need to know how to get the parental control off to see everything on the dashboard while on Xbox live (new M rated downloadable content, etc) And i also want to download M demos. Please help!

Sorry – you can’t without your parents help. I am not even sure that you can do it then. I realize that you may be allowed to play M rated games but MS has to cover themselves against the possiblity of upset parents and the best way to do that is to say that ANYONE underage can’t view without their parents override.

You can try to get Mom or Dad to call 1-800-4 MYXBOX and see if they can help. I can tell you that they won’t speak to you though.

I do want to tell you how wonderful it is from my point of view to see an honest teenager though. Most kids that I see lately would have lied about thier age just to get around this. For what it is worth…a perfect stranger out there is proud of you.
