can someone explain me this? buying a pc game?

ok, if i buy a pc game for 50bucks, install it on my pc, I will be able to play it legally for life.
but if i buy the game for 50bucks and install it on a pc, and put this pc in a nice spot, and charge people money to play it, will i have to pay royalties (pay them constantly) to the game makers?
and what if i install it on multiple machines?
how much more do i need to pay?

No you are covered by the license on one PC. You’re just charging for the use of the PC and the internet. You will only need additional licenses if u install on multiple machines.
