My PS2 does not play Sims Urbz I just bought! The plate is in very Good Condition, how can I do to play?

The disk is in the pink form much better than the other records that the gaming console, I tried the tape method, vaccuming, diagnostic mode, rotate the console, but none worked. Is the disk image mounted PS2 logos Cityscape then nothing happens! Help!

Maybe something wrong with the drive. Because sometimes you may receive perfect drive, but may be lost internally. So maybe in another study to confirm the PS2. Otherwise, you PS2. If called Maintenance of Playstation, which may help. Hope this helps and 5 stars would be great thankyou
