How do I delete the files in the game cartridge for Nintendo DS?

I bought Trauma Center: Under the Knife and used games on it and I want to explain. How do I – I told them clearly?

All you have to do is start a new game in the old file is deleted wise. However, if you mean "no data" I do not think there is any way to do it.
