NES / Famicom SF2 DOCTOR Thurs help?

I just bought the game on my old SF2 Doctor imported Super Famicom (NES JAP-) I Carboot sales look around. SNES Dug out the attic and it works, just wondering if anyone has instructions or know how to use the language English. because I am not the intention to learn the Japanese language in the near future … Only people know what a gaming device Copiers located in the upper part of the SNES from a floppy disk and you can download roms network and load it to the doctor, fun and games from the SNES, I never buy a new car (if I had that in '92 when I was 7) applause for each aid.
